How can Emma help
Nutrition and lifestyle consultations are often one off sessions with a 6 week follow up to see how the changes are going, and to make any adjustments. With exercise, Emma prefers to work closely with her clients over an extended period of time until both the client and Emma feel they can effectively train themselves (with ongoing program support). This is dependent on the client’s health, exercise experience, injury status and goals. One-off exercise sessions are available after a postural assessment has been completed.
